About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder and his family. The primary focus of this role is to ensure a well-balanced integration of the Founder's family life into his professional responsibilities. You will work closely with the Founder’s spouse and his Business Assistant to streamline daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organise and maintain the Founder’s personal schedule, including appointments, meetings, and daily activities.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the family budget, handle payments, maintain bookkeeping records, and assist with budget planning using Excel and Notion.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Property Management: Oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of properties in Russia and Dubai, ensuring smooth service arrangements.
  • Procurement & Gifting: Research, purchase, and coordinate the delivery of personal items, gifts, equipment, and accessories for the Founder and his family.
  • Household Staffing: Source, hire, and manage household personnel, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Utility & Expense Management: Oversee utility bills and other recurring financial obligations.
  • Additional Personal Support: Handle various personal tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong attention to detail with experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Notion, and Excel.

Work Conditions:

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
  • Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed).
  • Remote role with occasional travel.
