We are an e-commerce company specializing in selling a wide range of products from Japan and South Korea. We are seeking a new member to join our family as a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries throughout the purchase process and post-sale.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Critical thinking skills to solve non-standard cases.

  • Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments.

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and solve non-standard tasks.
