We are looking for a remote office manager to help with different administrative and coordination tasks for our creative studio. This role includes a variety of responsibilities, so we need someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and ready to handle different tasks as they come up.
Main Duties:
• Handling payroll and payments through Gusto
• Paying regular company expenses (rent, utilities, etc.)
• Maintaining financial records in QuickBooks and Fintrack
• Reviewing invoices and working with banks and payment systems
• Overseeing daily office operations and administrative support
• Managing supplies and basic office logistics
• Communicating with team members, landlords, and vendors
• Assisting with scheduling, records, and documentation
• Taking care of additional coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle different tasks and adapt to new challenges.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
What We Offer:
• Fully remote position with a 5/2 schedule (days off may fall on weekdays).
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (New York Time ET) / 5:00 PM – 01:00 AM (MSK).
• Salary starting from 80,000 RUB per month.
• Paid twice a month
