We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into new markets and establish a strong international network of partnerships. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in payments, fintech, or financial services who excel in strategic business development and partnership management.Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with payment solutions, financial institutions, and PSPs across key markets (India, Africa, Asia, Latin America).
  • Lead negotiations on commercial and technical terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee contract management, including negotiation, execution, amendments, and compliance updates.
  • Drive partner growth strategies, increasing transaction volumes and integrating new payment methods.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience in the payments industry and a strong understanding of financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of international financial markets and regional business practices.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a structured approach to business development.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business expansion.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (C1 or higher).

Preferred qualifications

  • Established network in the financial industry, including banks, payment providers, digital wallets.
  • In-depth knowledge of local financial ecosystems in India, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
  • Residence in India, Nigeria/Kenya, or Latin America is an advantage.
