### Job Description: Executive Assistant to the Director
Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for the director, handling all incoming communications and requests.
- Representation: Act on behalf of the director as needed, managing calls, inquiries, and requests. Authorize and sign off on business-related decisions and expenses.
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Manage the director's diary, handle extensive email correspondence, and organize both internal and external meetings.
- Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate reports back to the director.
- Travel Support: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Analytical Tasks: Conduct analytical tasks and support data analysis.
- Expense Management: Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Cost Management: Assist with budget management and cost control.
- Information Aggregation: Gather information from public sources and private databases.
- Market Research: Analyze complex market research data.
- Policy Maintenance: Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with administration and operations managers to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree-level education, with a background in economics or technical fields being a plus.
- Language Skills: Intermediate English is mandatory; Upper Intermediate or Advanced level is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Stress Management: Ability to handle stress and maintain composure under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative: Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Workload Management: Capable of managing a heavy workload with strict deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
