We are currently looking for candidates for the position of support specialists. We work exclusively with foreign markets, so we are considering candidates who have a high level of proficiency in English and other foreign languages (German or Italian).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with VIP players via chat — solving any issues, answering questions 24/7, and ensuring high levels of loyalty.
  • Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira and get back to the player with the resolution.
  • Follow updates in Confluence and Slack in order to get acquainted with all procedures changes.
  • Be the voice of the player - timely provide feedback to your shift-lead about issues players are facing at the moment.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of one of the languages:German or Italian at a B2 level or higher;
  • Communicative skills and the ability to interact with users;
  • Stress resilience;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Proficient written communication skills.
