Duties:
- To define keys performance indicators (KPIs) for managers and calculation methodology, sources of information
- To set up a methodological support for calculating indicators
- To format a schedule for providing information taking into account the preliminary schedule for assessing participants
- To format of final forms for conducting assessment sessions, obtain internal approvals of forms
- To participate in assessment and goal-setting sessions, formation/distribution/approval/signing of final forms with assessments and meetings of minutes
- To develop methods for budgeting personnel expenses
- To form budgeting and forecasting personnel expenses within the regulatory deadlines
- To form reports on personnel expenses and numbers (BDR, BDDS)
- To automate the budgeting process
- To perform a plan-factor analysis of the use of the personnel expense budget within the regulatory deadlines
- To administrate: control over the deadlines for setting goals and assessments; KPI (planned and actual) data entering; To provide reports and analysis of the information received during assessments
Required qualification and knowledges:
- Higher (economic or personnel management) education
- Not less than 6 years of professional experience
- Labor and tax legislation of the Russian legislation, laws and regulations
- Methods of implementing motivational programs to improve staff productivity
- Methods of assessing employees and their work results
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Experienced user of 1C "Salary and HR Management" (latest configurations)
- Rules for calculating wages
- Taxation of wages
- Accounting of wages
- IFRS (desirable)
