English teacher (native speaker)

SportZania is a multidisciplinary educational and recreational project for children. We are developing in three directions: children camps, supplementary education in Moscow schools and online courses.

We are looking for talented teachers to work on summer shifts at the camp. We are looking for those who use modern approaches to teaching children, gamification and communicative techniques.

You don't need to stay at the camp for the night! Our company provides a taxi from the Molodezhnaya metro station to the camp and back. You can choose the shift dates yourself!

MAJOR TASKS:

• Meetings with methodologists and curators to learn the program and teaching materials
• Preparation for classes in advance
• Giving classes according to the program
• Feedback to the curator on the lessons
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in classrooms
• Written feedback to the children (standard form)
• Attending training sessions from the company

REQUIRED​:

• Native English speaker or bilingual (from C1)
• Experience teaching children from 1 year
• Understanding of modern teaching methods and ability to use them: edutainment, gamification, communicative approach, TPR

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

• Payment from 5,000 rubles per day, discussed at the end of the interview
• Work schedule from 9 to 6, 4 lessons per day. One shift lasts 7-10 days
• Extra payments for Speaking clubs at the camp
