We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team and help us build smart, scalable web applications—specifically, intuitive and performant AI-powered chat apps that allow users to upload resources and query them conversationally.
About Us:
We're a small, focused team behind Cloud App Innovations, a platform that helps organizations manage and deploy consistent email signatures across Google Workspace. Our product is live, and used by businesses around the world. We value clean design, solid code, and practical solutions. As we grow, we’re expanding into new tools, including document-based AI chat systems.
What You’ll Do:

Design and build AI chat applications using React on the frontend and Node.js/Express on the backend.

Develop real-time features and integrate with vector databases and LLM APIs.

Implement systems to handle file uploads and semantic search.

Collaborate with product and design to create seamless user experiences.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Help scale our architecture as we grow.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, both frontend and backend.

Experience with React (nextjs, remix) and modern JS patterns (hooks, context, etc.).

Backend experience with Node.js and Express.
-
Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, and tools like OpenAI API or similar.

Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of features.

Strong English
Nice to Have:

Experience with vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).

Experience with document parsing, chunking, and retrieval-based pipelines.
-
Knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
-
Deployment/DevOps experience.
