Our client is an international company in the iGaming industry that develops and maintains complex high-load IT products for large companies, including globally known brands. We are currently looking for a Support Manager – the main assistant for partners and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of technical settings, preparation of accesses for partner’s work, and further full supervision of partners’ and colleagues’ activities;

  • Resolving various issues related to the application and accesses;

  • Written communication in internal chats (300–350 chats).

Requirements:

  • English language – Intermediate or higher.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in sales or call center.

Conditions:

  • Work schedule 5/2 with a flexible start of the working day (8:30–10:00);

  • Probation period: 3 months;

  • Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (only for Russian citizens), within 1–3 months;

  • Vacation: 28 calendar days, counted from the first working day, the first one can be taken after six months;

  • 4 additional days off;

  • No dress code;
