Job responsibilities :
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company.
- Sales plan (sell-in and sell-out) fulfillment
- NPL: new product launch development in border of customer (TM, Instore) and actual implementation
- Trade spend management on the most effective way
- Negotiating contracts with customer and establishing a timeline of performance
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Project development to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Doing collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment with customer (annual, monthly sales plan).
- Weekly PSI management (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, WOS)
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
Requirements:
- Work experience of at least 3 years in the sales department;
- The e-com direction is mandatory (WB, OZON, Yandex, Citilink);
- Knowledge of English is mandatory;
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with Internet sites is mandatory (1P+3P);
- Higher economic/marketing education as an advantage;
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions;
- Analytical mindset and creative approach;
- The ability to work for results. Real cases (as an advantage);
- Knowledge of the specifics of the electronics market as an advantage.
