The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Researcher / Recruiter to strengthen our HR team. This role is ideal if you’ve completed recruitment training or have at least one year of hands-on experience in talent sourcing.
What You’ll Do

Develop and continuously improve candidate sourcing strategies

Use multiple channels: LinkedIn, niche platforms, forums, and communities

Identify and qualify candidates for both technical and non-technical roles

Conduct initial interviews and assess motivation and role fit

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and manage ongoing communication

Research global talent markets and share insights with the team

Support employer branding efforts and help market open positions
What We’re Looking For

2+ year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing

Strong interest in IT and the global job market

English proficiency (comfortable communicating with international candidates)

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional sourcing platforms

Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at once

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have: Experience recruiting IT roles or an existing candidate network.
