Looking for Federal Market Access Manager for Oncology (Solid tumors)
Position reports to Market Access Director
Responsibilities:
- Developing long- and short-term strategy for drugs` access to the Russian market. Elaborating tactical plans to extend access to state funding channels after appropriate analysis performance;
- Monitoring and controlling the strategy's execution and modifying the approach and tools in response to input from internal stakeholders and external experts;
- Preparation of Integrated Access strategy business cases. Business cases presentation at Area and Global levels in order to obtain the approval of the developed strategy;
- Developing evidence base, argumentation & pricing strategy necessary for drugs’ listings: preparation of dossiers for inclusion into EDL, high-cost nosologies lists; analysis of pharmacoeconomic advantages of the product; advocacy campaign development with key stakeholders;
- Analyzing MA materials and tools created by Global and Area teams, as well as localization of the materials at affiliate`s level;
- Participation in functional and cross-functional meetings and training sessions organized by the Area and Global teams in their respective areas of responsibility, with the goal of learning more about the resources and tools being created to support the Company's product value statement strategy and assessing the ways of their adaptation and implementation in the Russian Federation, as well as gathering and analyzing the region's best practices in terms of MA;
- Value propositions development aiming to reflect clear and strict information on drugs’ clinical and economic benefits as well as strong justification for company's brand differentiation from the key competitors;
- Interacting with other affiliate`s departments (cross-functional interaction);
- Providing proactive and on-demand MA information to other Company`s departments needed for business goals achievements;
- Development and leadership of cross-functional projects related to access extension in different funding channels. Assessment of the possibility and necessity of innovative tools introducing in the relevant therapeutic areas;
- Analysis of external environment and legislation in the field of healthcare, monitoring of relevant legislative changes, understanding trends in the field of drug provision and their impact on MA strategy. Participation in initiatives to develop legislative changes within the framework of AIPM, InPharma, etc. Associations;
- Interacting and building long-term partnership relationships with opinion leaders, external organizations and specialists in the fields of healthcare organization and regulation;
- Training regional team members in healthcare regulations, funding channels, MA strategy analysis for each channel, understanding of drugs’ value proposition and positioning vs competitors;
- Strategic & tactical plans & tools preparation for brand plans development, financial planning cycles, budget planning and preparation of cycle meetings.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in medicine, pharmacy or economy is preferable);
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry & 2+ years of experience in Federal MA;
- Experience in building MA strategies for innovative products in the pre-launch/launch stage in state funding segment;
- Strong experience in dossiers development & pharmacoeconomic research preparation for federal listings (EDL, High-Cost nosologies);
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of the Russian Federation's healthcare system and drugs provision, including the basics of regulatory and financial regulations within different funding channels, understanding of pharmacoeconomical modelling methods & legislative requirements for pharmacoeconomical studies;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to assess difficult problems from various angles and reach well-though-out conclusions;
- Well-developed communication skills, ability to develop trusted connections, flexibility and adaptability, ability to operate as part of a cross-functional team;
- Pro-active approach & out-of-the box thinking;
- Upper-intermediate written
