We are expanding our team and inviting a new Customer Support Specialist to join us in elevating the user experience with our online entertainment service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the gambling industry
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (minimum C1 level, both written and spoken)
  • Conversational Romanian/German/Italian/Spanish/French or other European language - will be a big plus

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account, payment, and technical issues
  • Provide accurate information about our games and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Participate in setting up and structuring processes within the customer support department
