We are expanding our team and inviting a new Customer Support Specialist to join us in elevating the user experience with our online entertainment service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the gambling industry
- High typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in Russian and English (minimum C1 level, both written and spoken)
- Conversational Romanian/German/Italian/Spanish/French or other European language - will be a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve account, payment, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information about our games and promotions
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Participate in setting up and structuring processes within the customer support department
