Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. Now we are looking for a Senior Sales manager (IT domain).

Main responsibilities:

  • drive sales growth across target verticals in diverse international markets.
  • manage the full cycle of sales of specialized and mainstream IT services to foreign clients;
  • Provide commercial oversight and ensure successful delivery of ongoing projects within assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the IT domain, with solid expertise in selling IT services and solutions to end customers.

  • Ability to conduct productive, needs-oriented discussions with C-level executives and a deep understanding of sales cycles and decision-making processes in large organizations.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and clearly present product or solution benefits that deliver measurable ROI.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn and represent complex solutions and services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.

  • Willingness to travel and openness to potential relocation abroad (including to our U.S. office).

  • International experience (study or work abroad) is desirable.
