We’re looking for an Operations Manager who will help the company operate more efficiently and take part of the workload off the CEO.
Your main responsibility is to establish and streamline processes across finance, legal, product, and partnerships, as well as implement new operational systems and ensure their stable performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and systematize internal processes: from annual planning to reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Implement new tools and workflows that improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a unified company-wide roadmap and keep it up to date.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes across Finance, Legal, Product, and external partners.
  • Define key metrics (KPI, OKR, etc.), monitor them, and maintain transparent reporting.
  • Work closely with the CEO: translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee execution.

Examples of Near-Term Tasks

  • Transfer contracts and internal processes to newly established legal entities.
  • Build a process to track amendments to the Federal Advertising Law and ensure compliance.
  • Set up regular monitoring of legal and financial developments in key (including international) markets.
  • Sunset a legacy product while maximizing retained revenue.
  • Automate partner payouts through an external payment system.
  • Launch and complete HubSpot integration.
  • Set up annual planning and establish key operating rituals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in a product or tech organization: managing processes, resources, and metrics.
  • Experience working on projects at the intersection of finance/legal and product.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and roadmap management.
  • Ability to analyze data and perform financial modeling.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
  • English — confident C1 level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing AI/ML-based solutions for analytics or forecasting.
  • Experience automating processes.
  • Experience working in companies with 20–200 employees where processes are still evolving.
  • Cases where you not only built processes but also prepared a successor or scaled your expertise across other teams.
