Senior Corporate M&A Associate - TOP (new ILF) prominent law firm, Moscow office
The position will be ideal for a corporate M&A lawyer with international / Russian law firm background having strong cross-border transactional experience and looking for a platform that will allow him/her develop professionally.
Requirements:
5+years PQE gained at international \Russian law firm strictly
Focus on deals, restructurings, general corporate and M&A related projects by English and Russian law
Expert-level knowledge of Russian corporate law
Law degree from Russian Top Universities;
Fluent written and oral English.
