COMPANY & BRIEF INTRO:
- One of the largest and most successful investors and developers of commercial and residential property across Africa is looking for a Head of Sales to cover all sales of all classes of properties, with a prime focus on an international audience of buyers (from Russia, Middle East, Asia etc).
- Candidates preferred who have worked for major Russian residential developers in the past in Senior or Head of Sales roles (LSR, PIK, Etalon, Samolet etc)
- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, and speak fluent Englisg as well as Russian
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales team motivation and management
- Sales activities reporting
- Effective sales of residential and commercial property within mixed use developments according to the highest client service standards
- Active client search, engagement and close
- Client relationship development
- Post sale service coordination
- Cooperation with technical and legal departments
- Participation at fairs and events
- Residential property market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Project and developer image maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales team management
- Excellent sales track record on an international level
- Client-oriented and proactive attitude
- Happy to relocate with family to Kenya
- Experience in premium product segment is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficient
- Able to work under pressure
- Well organized
- Hands-on approach
