VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager / Broker to manage incoming leads, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the complete sales process.
Key Focus Areas
Lead Management & Client Communication
• Process incoming inquiries via calls and messaging channels in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain consistent follow-up and structured client communication
• Ensure high conversion from lead to qualified prospect
Sales Cycle Management
• Conduct property presentations and on-site viewings
• Guide clients through the full transaction cycle — from initial contact to closing
• Coordinate documentation and deal progression until commission receipt
• Achieve and exceed personal quarterly sales targets
Client Advisory & Cross-Department Collaboration
• Provide professional consultations on Phuket real estate within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with internal departments (rentals, leasing, visa services, property management) to deliver seamless client support
• Share market insights and client feedback to improve overall sales strategy
Team Contribution
• Participate in team meetings and internal training sessions
• Contribute to company initiatives and events
We Expect You to Have
• Minimum 2 years of experience in premium or luxury product sales (real estate, automotive, luxury watches, yachts, private jets, private banking, or similar segments)
• Proven ability to work with high-value transactions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client-focused and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with structured targets and performance metrics
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage
Language Requirements
• Russian — native or fluent
• English — native or fluent

• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
