Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSL manager) Oncohematology/ Руководитель группы региональных медицинских советников (Онкогематология)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement field medical strategies and scientific engagement plans for on-market and pipeline products.

• Support the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team in planning, executing, and analyzing activities throughout the product lifecycle.

• Represent field medical perspectives at brand team meetings and provide scientific insights.

• Monitor and analyze clinical, scientific, and competitive trends to adapt field medical activities accordingly.

• Ensure scientifically rigorous, balanced, and evidence-based interactions between MSLs and external experts/HCPs.

• Oversee mapping and engagement of external experts and ensure compliance with standards for high-quality exchanges.

• Own the quality, documentation, analysis, and communication of medical insights gathered by the team.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing development for MSLs.

• Advise, coach, and support MSLs in engagement planning, insight collection, and scientific communication.

• Foster collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance boundaries are upheld. • Monitor key performance metrics for the MSL team and communicate value to internal stakeholders.

• Role model ethical behavior and ensure all field activities comply with local/international codes, company SOPs, pharmacovigilance, medical information, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee operational and financial management for the MSL function, including workload planning, expense management, and accurate reporting in relevant systems.

• Handle practical/administrative duties: timely response to communications, participation in meetings and trainings, support for new associates, and maintenance of confidentiality and data privacy.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline required. Preferred: Doctorate level degree (i.e. Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD).

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical Medical Affairs and Field Medical roles. Line or matrix management experience is strongly preferred.

• Foreign language proficiency: advanced in spoken and written English.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.

• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally, experience managing and resolving challenging personnel issues.

• Ability to travel regularly (approximately 50%)
