About the Job
We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to develop a career in Human Resources within an international environment.
You will support core HR operations including employment documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance with labor legislation across different countries. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with international HR practices and European business standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize employment agreements and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
- Assist with onboarding processes and preparation of documents for new employees.
- Research and review labor laws and employment regulations across different countries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with employment standards.
- Support HR administration and assist with internal HR processes.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee documentation and HR updates.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (written and spoken) – minimum Upper-Intermediate.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an HR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and administrative tasks independently.
- Interest in international HR practices and employment legislation.
- Experience working with international teams or markets is an advantage.

- Salary: USD 500 per month (part-time).
- Part-time schedule from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (London Time).
