Job duties
- Conduct training needs analysis per year identifying all the training required for the Hotel
- Develop a comprehensive training plan of all training activities for the year
- Conduct training sessions, particularly in the areas of customer service, new hire orientation, legal obligations and quality
- Manage and development the employees, ensuring that they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency
- Monitor training effectiveness in relation to guest feedback systems, complaint analysis etc.
- Liaise with professional bodies, training institutions and consultants to source out and develop with the appropriate program
- Other job related duties
Required qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position in the hospitality industry
- Strong operational mindset
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
- Presentation skills
