An international, fast-growing company providing a luxury concierge service worldwide is looking for a COO who will build a scalable, data-driven business model, ensure consistent growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience on a global level.

This role is for you if you are ambitious, want to influence the development of an international business, and become part of a unique, rapidly growing team.

Work location: Tallinn (Estonia) or Cyprus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the operational strategy for a company

  • Build and scale operational processes in the company

  • Manage key projects: developing and monetizing company services and products, launching new markets, improving the quality of the customer experience

  • Lead distributed teams across multiple countries

  • Develop and implement a system of metrics, KPIs, and management reporting across all operational areas

  • Analyze customer funnels (acquisition, activation, retention), conversions, and user behavior to improve all performance metrics

  • Make strategic decisions based on data, statistics, and analytics

  • Optimize the customer journey and enhance service quality

  • Identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience as COO / Deputy COO / Project Director / Project Lead, preferably in a dynamic international environment within the FinTech or IT industry

  • Fluency in Russian and English

  • Strong expertise in project management, managing IT teams or digital projects and building operational systems

  • Advanced analytical skills: confident working with numbers, metrics, and statistics

  • Experience in building BI infrastructure and working with analytical tools

  • Understanding of unit economics; ability to make data-driven decisions and foster a data-driven culture

  • Experience managing distributed teams

  • Strong systems thinking, accountability in decision-making, attention to detail, and high quality standards

  • Ability to travel freely within the Schengen area

  • Willingness to relocate
