Rather than simply building tools or defining processes, the team ensures that these solutions fundamentally reshape employees’ day-to-day work and deliver measurable, tangible improvements.
We’re shipping a practical AI agent that automates key recruiting workflows - planning tasks and executing permitted actions via APIs, so teams spend less time on manual data entry and status-chasing, and more time with candidates. After that, we plan to expand the process for the other company's parts.
Responsibilities
- Design architecture of AI agent and it's interaction with other software components
- Design and ship AI features end-to-end: prompt logic, tool/function schemas, input/output validation, and integration with APIs/services
- Build reliable evaluation pipelines (golden sets, automatic metrics, human review loops) and run experiments to improve quality, cost, and latency
- Add observability: telemetry for prompts/versions, error taxonomies, and drift detection
- Collaborate with backend teams to define clear data contracts and stable interfaces
- Write concise design docs
Requirements
- 5+ years in software & data engineering, including 1+ years shipping LLM-powered systems at scale; leads designs, sets standards
- Strong Python and data wrangling (SQL, Pandas)
- Experience with cloud (AWS or similar)
- Solid knowledge of the Test Pyramid and TDD
- Strong skills in algorithms and design
- Experience in implementing new practices in engineering teams
- B1+ English level
