About the Role
We are a software development agency building complex SaaS platforms for startups and product companies, primarily in the event vertical.
We are hiring a Sales Manager to own outbound client acquisition using LinkedIn-driven social selling and ABM principles. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting high-value accounts within our ICP.
Key Responsibilities
1. ABM Strategy & Targeting

Execute account-based outreach aligned with the ICP and ABM framework owned by the marketing team.

Prioritize high-value accounts and define engagement paths per segment in coordination with marketing.

Identify gaps or shifts in target account behavior and surface them to refine targeting criteria.
2. Social Selling & LinkedIn Outreach

Lead outbound efforts through LinkedIn and direct digital engagement within established messaging and positioning guidelines.

Run structured multi-touch engagement sequences with decision-makers (founders, CTOs, product leaders).

Coordinate with the lead generation specialist on outreach sequencing and account coverage.
3. Qualification & Discovery

Qualify accounts through direct interaction.

Conduct discovery calls to assess:

Determine deal fit and project potential early in the cycle.
4. Deal Ownership & Closing

Own the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to signed contract.

Manage objections, pricing discussions, and negotiation.

Convert qualified opportunities into scoped engagements.
5. Solution Framing & Proposals

Translate client needs into structured offerings.

Collaborate with technical leads to validate scope, feasibility, and delivery estimates.

Deliver clear, outcome-focused proposals tailored to account context.
6. Pipeline Management & Feedback Loop

Maintain structured pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.

Ensure consistent progression of ABM accounts through the sales funnel.

Feed market signal — objections, conversion patterns, account responses — back to the marketing manager to inform messaging and targeting adjustments.
Requirements
-
3+ years in B2B SaaS or software services sales.

Proven experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing/Sales) and social selling on LinkedIn.

Strong track record of outbound-driven deal generation and closure.

Ability to execute account-based outreach strategies and coordinate effectively within a cross-functional GTM team.

Experience engaging senior stakeholders (founders, CTOs, product leaders).

Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with technical discussions.

Excellent written communication for personalized outbound messaging.

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
