As we expand our business in the Uzbekistan market, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing the local business, working with key clients and partners, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Who Are We Looking For?
Business Development Manager (Uzbekistan) — a commercial leader capable of developing the market, building strategic partnerships, and driving Deltrix’s business growth in Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with business owners and C-level executives.
- Build strategic partnerships and manage projects from initial negotiations through contract execution.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Build and manage the business pipeline and deliver against commercial targets.
- Represent Deltrix at business meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
- Has 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B / Strategic Partnerships.
- Has a proven track record of business development or launching new business directions.
- Has a strong understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local business environment.
- Is confident negotiating with business owners and C-level executives.
- Has experience closing major commercial deals and developing strategic partnerships.
- Has strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial analytical skills.
- Is capable of independently developing and executing a market development strategy.
- Is fluent in Russian and Uzbek.
- English is a strong advantage.
It Would Be a Plus:
- Experience in digital/media, advertising, energy, or technology.
- An established network of contacts among major companies and key decision-makers in Uzbekistan.
- Experience launching a new business direction or entering a new market.
- Experience developing partnership channels and strategic projects.
