📍 Updater (Track & Trace) — Main Shift
What You'll Do:
* Keep brokers updated on every load — check calls, ETAs, arrival and departure times
* Track shipments in Macropoint, Trucker Tools and other broker platforms
* Stay in constant contact with drivers and confirm their real status on the road
* Collect and send PODs, BOLs and required paperwork
* Flag delays, breakdowns and detention to dispatchers immediately — before the broker calls us
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in English — you'll be talking and writing to brokers all day
* Detail-obsessed — one missed update can cost us a load
* Fast, responsive and always reachable during your shift
* Able to juggle multiple loads at once without losing track
* Calm and professional when things go wrong on the road
* Experience in US logistics or dispatch is a strong plus
Schedule:
* Main shift, full-time — 5 days a week
* Exact hours confirmed at the interview
