We are looking for the HR Executive to be a part of our HR team located in Almaty
What We Expect:
- Leading Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration functions
- Leading the projects on automation of HR processes
- Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting employment costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll
- Participation in the salary review
- Development and revision of current policies and procedures
- Controlling information-analytical database to make decisions regarding personnel management
- Ensure personnel documentation in company
- Being responsible for external and internal audits
Qualifications:
- English — Upper Intermediate and above
- Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Experience in C&B/PA/Payroll
