We are looking for the HR Executive to be a part of our HR team located in Almaty

What We Expect:

  • Leading Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration functions
  • Leading the projects on automation of HR processes
  • Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting employment costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll
  • Participation in the salary review
  • Development and revision of current policies and procedures
  • Controlling information-analytical database to make decisions regarding personnel management
  • Ensure personnel documentation in company
  • Being responsible for external and internal audits

Qualifications:

  • English — Upper Intermediate and above
  • Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Experience in C&B/PA/Payroll
