We are looking for Capital Markets Lawyer
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of capital markets transactions including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation to support investment decisions and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other materials for clients and investors.
• Research industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the deal process from inception to closing.
• Assist in negotiating deal terms and agreements with counterparties.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the success of capital markets transactions.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members and interns.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines related to capital markets activities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
• A law degree from an accredited institution.
• 3−5 + years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Very good verbal and written English skills.
