Your Goal:

Ensure effective management and coordination of the HR department, optimize and develop HR processes with the mission of achieving company goals and objectives through human resource management. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee development, personnel record-keeping, and maintaining corporate culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development;
  • Optimize HR processes and continuously improve policies and procedures. Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract diverse and top-tier candidates;
  • Develop and track key HR metrics for informed decision-making;
  • Manage the HR department's budget and monitor expenditures;
  • Leverage technology to automate and improve HR processes;
  • Design and implement employee development and retention programs;
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and develop improvement plans;
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Promote a strong corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in forming remote teams;
  • Experience using marketing tools to expand the hiring funnel;
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, motivation, and retention;
  • Experience creating various HR functions from scratch: onboarding, recruitment, job descriptions, reporting, labor contracts;
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience working with companies from the US or Canada, with an understanding of cultural differences.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);
  • 2−3 years of experience in HR leadership roles;
  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Management, Psychology, Sociology or related fields;
  • Additional certifications and courses in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are an advantage.
