  • Development and implementation of brand communication strategy
  • Development and implementation of megabrand and category communication plans
  • Communication effectiveness analysis and regular reporting

Brand communication strategy and management

  • Developing and supervising of long-term relations with influencers, celebrities, partners
  • Agencies briefing, managing, challenging, reporting
  • Guarantee correct collection of performance data, IP rights and reports
  • Influencers communication: agency briefing, influencer and content validation process, effectiveness analysis
  • Retail Communications: content preparation, collection of data for negotiations, effectiveness analysis
  • Communication effectiveness analysis and reporting
  • Following IP rights process for PR%Communications content

Megabrand and category communication projects and partnerships strategy and management

  • Long-term and short-term partnerships strategy and management
  • Search and negotiations with partners, validation, budget management, activation management, effectiveness analysis and reporting

Owned social

  • Owned social media pages strategy development and management, incl. content creation and IP rights
  • Agency briefing, managing, challenging, reporting
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Following IP rights process

Team and budget

  • Manage team of 2 Social Managers
  • Development and upskilling of the team
  • Building and management of brand advocacy budget

Guidelines: communications, social, PR, events, partnerships

  • Implementation of group guidelines
  • Develop Brand local guidelines

Management of divisional and cross-divisional communication projects

Profile :

  • 3 year + experience in PR and communication
  • Direct team management experience
  • Experience in complexe cross-functional project management with many stakeholders
  • PR and communication trends mastering
  • Understanding of brand 360 activation ecosystem
  • Strategic mindset
  • Analytical and communication skills
