We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who possesses cases of successful work on mobile applications in his portfolio. Preferably launches from scratch and up to the scaling stage with the reducibility of the Unit economy. It is important to possess a deep expertise specifically in iOS and the areas relevant to us: Photo & Video, Entertainment, Utilities, Productivity, etc.
You will need to take ownership, set priorities, and work with minimal guidance to drive the entire production process in mobile applications and maximize business value.
✅ Responsibility:
- Market and competitors analysis (Evaluate market and competitive landscape to understand opportunities and potential value, and lead ideation, planning and delivery of new features or new products)
- Managing existing goals and identifying new opportunities on the market
- Researching product ideas and defining product requirements ( creating new product features and updates based on the data-driven approach)
- Planning and controlling AB-tests
- Detailed product planning / controlling product development
- Defining user stories and leading product backlog (Writing detailed user stories that accurately meet the business needs and are feasible to implement)
- Collaborating with UI/UX teams to create the best user experience for the product
- Building strong connections with internal teams to understand the needs of users
- Working with Customers’ feedback
- Daily communication with development teams
- Implementing processes that improve quality and speed of the development process
- Maximizing the Product value.
✅ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- At least 4+ years of experience in a relevant position
- Strong understanding of user retention, engagement and monetization drivers, including experience managing products monetized with in-app transactions and / or subscription
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead, develop and inspire product teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguity, and back them up with data and strong reasoning
- Demonstrated ability to drive to consensus, with a preference to work collaboratively
- High attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to create high-quality products
- Comfortable with taking calculated risks
- Ability to understand and communicate, at a high level, technical concepts related to mobile apps architecture, data & reporting and user experience.
