Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and chats,
- Help clients solve problems that arise and answer questions about the product
- Undergo training on the product and processes to provide up-to-date information

Requirements:
- know how to speak and write correctly: this will be 100% of the work
- be ready to learn and immediately apply in practice
- always act in the interests of the business, focusing on the client: our users receive the best service
- have good internet at home (internet speed of at least 10 megabits) and a headset (preferably a bluetooth headset)

Conditions:
- fully remote work format
- 2/2 schedule
