WHAT DOES SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST / FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER DO?

Sr Finance Analyst / Finance Business partner is responsible for business partnership regarding analytical and technical support during the preparation of the annual long-term plans (Budget), quarterly forecasts (LE), monthly updates (Business Update), analysis of the factors that influenced the deviations compared to the budget. You will be a Finance Business partner for the functions whose PL elements he/she is in charge of.
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
  • Providing partnership for business team and challenge the teams and status quo in fast moving environment.
  • To propose and implement more simple, agile, efficient ways of working by streamlining reporting and planning process.
  • Forecasting and highlighting risks & opportunities across business functions in the scope of support.
  • Participating in budgeting, controlling for expenses in accordance with international accounting standards (US GAAP) and internal company policies.
  • Timely processing of internal business requests ( i.g. business cases calculation) and providing of financial information necessary for decision-making
  • Preparation of financial and analytical reports, comments for financial reporting
  • Review of financial documents and contracts with counterparties for services rendering (performance of works) in terms of the control function
  • Participation in the creation of new procedures and the construction of processes related to the recent move to a new 1C platform.
  • Participation in the process of external audit of GAAP reporting, SOX controls and internal audit.
  • Performing other management requests within the scope of competence

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

  • Knowledge of RSA and GAAP/IFRS standards
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions (Finance analyst /Finance business partner/ Finance controller)
  • Experience in budgeting and expense control
  • Advanced user of SAP or similar ERP systems (SAP & 1c in priority)
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Ability to work with large amounts of statistical information
  • Strong communication skills and result orientation
  • Higher education in finance/mathematics/economics
  • Additional financial education and/or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CFA, DipIFR certification completed or in progress is an advantage
  • English - Upper Intermediate level and above
