Your Role:
-Handle the recruitment process, ensuring we bring on the board top talent.
-Conduct interview with newcomers.
-Develop the strategies to enhance employee's performance

Requirements:
-Fluency in English (B1-B2)
-Proven Experience in Sales HR
-Knowledge of sales field and sources to attract new people
-Ability to manage recruitment effectively

Working conditions:
-Comfortable working hours from 10AM till 6PM Mon-Fri
-Salary starting from 800$ + commissions and bonuses
-We will provide personal computer, laptop and mobile phone
-Positive and Productive working environment
-Office in center of the city
