Qenetex is a FinTech company, making products and services in FinTech and blockchain areas. We are developing multifunctional non-custodial products which provides access to an entire ecosystem of services in such areas as Crypto Exchange, Trading, DeFi, NFT, Staking, etc.

We are looking for an experienced Head of development/Engineering Manager passionate about innovative cross-chain/DeFi solutions.

Product’s stack: Typescript (React, Node.js), Python, Solidity, Postgres, Redis.

Main responsibilities:

- Become an effective proxy between Business goals and product development;

- Take full control of the Development team (15 ppl: 2 Tech Leads, Backend developers, Blockchain developers, Fullstack developers, Frontend developers, QA and Research/Data analytic) + freelancers;

- Support architecture in keeping solutions in line with the product’s architecture;

- Work with product and architecture in the pre-refinement of tickets before being presented to the rest of the team;

- Define and help define technical features and technical split of development tasks;

- Coordinate and ensure development tasks are carried out to plan;

- Take part in hiring/onboarding process of new developers.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in development processes management within the Web3 space (Cross-chain/ DeFi companies experience – perfectly, Web 3.0/Crypto/Blockchain experience in general – also suitable);

- Technical background in DeFi field, understanding of global market;

– Good leadership, communication, time management skills;

- Upper intermediate (B2) English level and higher;

– Self cross-chain/Defi development background is a strong advantage.
