Main responsibilities:

  • To Consult Global and Regional Marketing and Sales Teams on Marketing Technologies and Campaign Setup and To Train to them to operate software;
  • To be a part of the Team which play the role of Center of Expertise in Marketing Technologies, establish guidelines and document processes. Keep user instructions and knowledgebase UpToDate. Be escalation point and Q&A across Marketing Technologies platforms. Share best practices of Marketing Technologies and Marketing Strategies usage across organization;

  • To develop Prototypes of Marketing Campaigns, Run Tests, verify hypotheses, and Make Tactical shifts if needed in order to implement the best Marketing Strategies, and work closely with creative Team to make sure that Campaign are effective;

  • Coordinate Global Marketing Campaigns Launch and assist with the setup;

  • Develop Marketing Automation Strategies throughout customer stages in collaboration with various Teams;

  • Responsible for B2B and B2C Marketing Technologies platforms enhancements and development in Kaspersky;

  • Initiating Marketing process improvement activities: Collect the feedback from regional and global stakeholders, analyze this feedback, Identify the gaps in the business requirements and processes, propose optimizations;

  • Orchestrating the intersection of Marketing Technologies and data analytics to optimize digital Marketing initiatives and processes.

​​​​​​​Requirements:

  • English fluency;
  • 1+ years as minimum experience of work experience in B2B or B2C Marketing Automation management and development in multinational IT companies;
  • Experience working with field Sales/Marketing;
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (Mindbox, Marketo Engage, Pardot, Adobe Campaign Classic);
  • Salesforce.com, Bitrix or other CRM experience;
  • Experience in running integrated marketing campaigns in the past - demand generation, content, digital events, in-person events, etc;
  • Experience using and tracking leads in CRM (SalesForce.com, Bitrix, MS Dynamics);
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the Team.
