Corporate English Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate English Trainer to join our company. The ideal candidate will design and deliver high-impact English language training programs tailored to the needs of professionals in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Trainer in assessing language proficiency levels and learning needs of corporate clients

• Develop customized English language curricula focused on business communication

• Conduct engaging group training sessions (B1-B2 levels) (in-class/distant)

• Provide regular progress reports and feedback to participants and managers

• Incorporate real-world business scenarios and industry-specific vocabulary into lessons

• Utilize modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English (Master's preferred)

• TEFL/TESOL certification will be a preference

• Minimum 3 years' experience teaching Business English in corporate settings

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching style to diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds

• Experience in curriculum development and materials creation • English proficiency: C1-C2 level
