HR Specialist
Position Overview: Are you passionate about HR and excited to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing company? We’re looking for an HR Specialist who along with the main duty of HR documentation turnover will play a key role in managing essential HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with managers, streamline HR processes, and contribute to employee wellness and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration, and Employee Lifecycle:
- Perform hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Maintain and update the staffing table with precision.
- Administer various leave types (maternity, personal, vacation) and manage the vacation schedule.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Collaborate with managers on disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare certificates, workbooks, and other essential personnel documents.
- Maintain accurate personal files, both physical and digital, in 1C software.
- Coordinate medical events such as vaccinations, and health exams to ensure workplace safety.
- Database Management:
- Manage and update HR data across multiple platforms, including ERP and 1C systems.
- Work with the ERP team to automate and streamline HR processes, preparing different reports and analytics
- Employee Communication and Mailings:
- Participate in employee communication efforts, including mail announcements for birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and life events (maternity leave, weddings, etc.).
- Communicate updates on corporate policies, end of probation periods, and upcoming social projects.
- Social Benefits Projects:
- Participate in initiatives that promote employee wellness and engagement, such as fitness programs, financial assistance for life events, and corporate events and outings.
- Special Projects and Events:
- Coordinate recognition programs like "Employee of the Month" and manage corporate event planning, from logistics to execution.
- Participate in organizing and supporting a variety of company-wide events.
- Policies and Induction Training:
- Participate in Drafting and updating of a company policies and ensure they are effectively communicated and signed by employees.
- Support induction training for new hires, including health insurance and company policy presentations.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Manage contractor relationships for HR events, employees trainings etc.
- Assist with employee Office pass applications.
- Create and manage targeted mailing lists to communicate essential information accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in an independent HR specialist or similar role is a must
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a must
- Proficiency in 1C, Excel, Word, and PPT is a must
- Proficiency in English conversational level is a must
- Good self-organization and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with diverse HR databases and coordination with technical teams for system updates.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
