Currently, due to project expansion, we are looking for a Call Center Operator fluent in Bengali to join our office (South East of Moscow)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, or social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Full-time position with 12-hour shifts (one-hour break).
Shift schedule:
- During the probation period salary will be 3,500 rubles per 12 hours shift.
- After the probation period the salary will increase depending on the KPI to a maximum of 5,000 rubles per shift.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B1 level).
- Fluent in Bengali.
- Desire to work with South Asian markets.
- Legal conditions for residence in the country.
- Patience, resilience to stress, and good level of concentration.
- Experience working in international team workspace will be a plus.
- Experience with customer support programs and data collection tools will be an advantage.
