Heritage International School is looking for Admissions Department Officer to help us enroll new students to School.

Duties:

  • Communication with parents of prospective students;
  • Answering calls and emails regarding admission;
  • Following up on interested prospective parents;
  • Answering and managing queries from parents;
  • Planning all meetings, fetching people to the office, meeting visitors downstairs
  • Conducting interviews with prospective parents and school presentation: informing about the educational programmes, advantages, admission procedure, tuition fees;
  • Conducting school tours;
  • Providing tea, coffee, catering and hospitality;
  • Organizing psychological and academic entry assessments of prospective students;
  • Maintaining admission documentation;
  • Preparing contracts;
  • Controlling invoice payments;
  • Supervising new students during the adaptation period (two weeks);
  • Processing student data in CRM;
  • Ensuring enrolment and re-enrolment process;
  • Maintaining a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks;
  • School promotion;
  • Taking part in promotional events: Open Days, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions;
  • Developing recruitment strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract more students

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Education;
  • 3+ years experience in sales / marketing would be considered an asset but not required;
  • Fluent English, as the job requires communicating with English-speaking teachers and parents on daily basis;

  • MS Office User - must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer;

  • Excellent professional communication skills - face2face, phone, email;

  • Ability to multitask work mode and problem-solving;

  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized;

  • International mindset and ability to work in an international environment.

Conditions:

  • Employment in accordance with Russian Labor Code;

  • Probation period – 3 months;

  • Annual paid vacation – 28 calendar days;

  • Medical insurance – after 3 months of work;

  • Free lunches;

  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m. / can be irregular working hours.
