A large international company requires B2B KAM.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer’s relationships;
- Develop strategic account sales plans to achieve business goals with sales KPI achievement;
- Business forecasting (up to 20W forward) with AR management;
- Regular B2B business opportunities tracing and CRM management;
- Collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product management, marketing, customer service) to deliver optimal solutions and meet customer’s expectations;
- Sales process management and customer’s support;
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, competitive activities, and product or service gaps;
- Regular activity and projects status reporting.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience working with new buildings, hotels, residential complexes;
- English upper-intermediate/ intermediate;
- Advanced MS Office user;
- CRM system user.
