Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance vs KPIs for assigned sublines and market, recommend remedy actions where appropriate
- New product development: supervision of assigned NPD projects with cross-functional teams: Insights, Sales, Trade marketing, Finance, Commercialization
- Create and maintain effective communication with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- P&L / price & promo strategy control for assigned sublines
- Demand planning & control for assigned sublines
- Budget control, incl. working/non-working split
- To perform other relevant tasks assigned
Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience in brand marketing (FMCG is a plus)
- Experience in brand communication development/ deployment
- Experience in running several projects simultaneously, multitasking and personal agility
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Higher education (marketing, economics is a plus)
- English – Fluent
