About the role

Employee Experience Specialist carries a triad of responsibilities: fostering a positive workplace environment, coordinating external collaborations, and administering comprehensive onboarding and employee-centric activities.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join the People Team, who will play a crucial role in nurturing our office environment in Moscow and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Once Here You Will

  • Oversee workplace experience processes, from office maintenance to space enhancements, streamlining procedures to ensure a smooth and pleasant in-office experience while managing budgets for cost-effectiveness;
  • Collaborate closely with landlords, vendors, subtenants, and suppliers to research, vet, oversee, and manage projects, addressing ongoing queries and troubleshooting needs;
  • Enhance employee engagement through online activities, such as All-Hands meetings and company-wide events;
  • Provide business travel and visa support to employees;
  • Ensure new employees are onboarded effectively, facilitating their smooth start with orientation to the company's culture and procedures;
  • Maintain Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Administration of benefits such as medical insurance, with prior experience preferred.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills, able to independently prioritize tasks and proactively address the needs of the Moscow workforce;
  • Has over 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, international tech or startup environment;
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees, vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders;
  • Comfortable working in environments with a certain level of ambiguity;
  • Prioritizes finding the right solutions over strictly adhering to established rules;
  • Experienced in procurement with a solid level of commercial business acumen;
  • Demonstrates proven experience in organizing workplace events, including office-wide events and team outings;
  • Ability to work from the office 5 days a week;
  • Has a good command of English (Intermediate level or above).
