Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Home Improvement Salesperson to join our Los Angeles-based company. In this role, you will reach out to new homeowners over the phone, offering to schedule appointments with our estimator. This commission-only position is ideal for someone with a background in the home improvement industry, strong communication and technical skills, and native-level English proficiency. A background in engineering or a related field is preferred. This position requires availability from 9 AM to 6 PM PST, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new homeowners from our database, introducing our home improvement services and scheduling appointments with our estimator.
  • Present home improvement solutions (e.g., remodeling, repairs) over the phone, clearly explaining technical details and options.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Qualify leads over the phone by understanding homeowner needs and proposing relevant services.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers through clear and professional communication.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to ensure high appointment-setting success.
  • Meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments and drive company growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of phone-based sales experience, ideally in the home improvement or related industry.
  • Familiarity with home improvement services, remodeling, and general contracting; ability to explain technical aspects of services to potential clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and phone communication tools.
  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong work ethic, able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment, and self-motivated to succeed.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Your earnings will depend on the number of successful appointments you set that lead to closed sales. Earnings are based on the revenue generated from each project, providing high earning potential for top performers.
