Recruiter (for US market)

Kozyra Media Group - is a video production agency for YouTube channels.

The company has been on the market for 2 years, but in this short period of time we have grown to 150 employees worldwide due to the high demand for YouTube production services!

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to hiring American candidates for digital positions at Kozyra Media Group.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment of American candidates for digital positions (from the first touch to entering a new employee);
• Conducting interviews in English;
• Close collaboration with the company's hiring managers;
• Labor market analysis in the USA.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency - C1 level (experience conducting interviews in English is must);
• Experience in hiring for USA market;
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting (closing digital positions will be a great advantage);
• Understanding of the specifics of the American labor market;
• Interest in YouTube.
