Main accountabilities:

  • Ensure control of Headcount/Internal Personnel Costs to guarantee, within the framework of the objectives defined by the General Management, the balance of the Entity’s HR costs:
  • Oversee Budget and Trends for scope of activity, produce the activity reporting and necessary KPI’s.
  • Define and communicate the HR Controlling & Data function, priorities, and future vision, and maintain cross-functional relationships between HR and Finance.
  • Communicate key group requirements and provide direction on governances and ways of working (processes, standards, reporting, and calendar) for the function.
  • Guarantee processes, standards, reporting, and calendar are in accordance with Group standards.
  • Provide analysis on HR data including Headcount, Internal Personnel Costs.
  • Construct budgets/trends and analysis in partnership with Finance and in accordance with the Group standards.
  • Animate review meetings of Actual/Trend/Budget and communicate results to business stakeholders.
  • Focus on process simplification of data integration and usage, accuracy of data quality, and validation and publication of Headcount, Internal Personnel Costs, and HR KPIs in accordance with Group standards.
  • Analyze results of HR and Financial KPIs and suggest financial cost-optimization efficiency based on analysis of risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure application of processes, reporting, and calendar are in accordance with Group direction.
  • Partner directly with Internal Audit and Internal Control to guarantee HR processes are in accordance with Group Norms and best practices of Internal Audit; lead initiatives to improve controls.
  • Propose system developments to optimize HR processes and reporting.
  • Responsibility for HR Reporting: methodology, process organization, on time delivery.
  • HR KPIs monitoring execution and further development, preparation ad-hoc requests.
  • Improve HR competencies through implementation of seminars and trainings to upskill community, conduct trainings for HR community and Finance.
  • Presentations, internal communications preparation.
