The Role
Main tasks
- Conduct seminars or webinars for distributors and their customers (repair shop & garages) (business trips, seminars, trainings, “round tables” with customers)
- Answer to technical questions from Automotive Aftermarket customers
- Manage customer claims
- Update technical presentations and documentation (TECHINFO, Marketing brochures etc.) in Russian language (comfortable with computer software)
- Prepare technical articles in Russian language for Marketing needs (promotion of product lines)
Technical Sales support
- Customer trainings and seminars
- Customer claims follow up & expertise at the first level prior to deeper analysis by Europe.
- Presence at Technical Centers & Universities in Russia
Marketing contribution
- Spare parts market analysis (incl. price analysis), new range and extensions research (incl. cross ref tables).
- Participation in exhibitions and professional events
- Animation on exhibitions or customer fairs
- Creation of technical content for the website in Russian language with the support of Marketing
- General marketing communications
The Candidate
- Higher Technical Education in automotive or mechanical sphere
- At least 3+ year’s experience in similar role
- Good communication skills
- Experience leading technical speech or training in front of audience
- Background experience hands-on with car/engine repair
- Independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Dynamic and willing to help
- English
