Обязанности:
I.
I. Organizing office work processes to fulfill the financial plan, namely:
- building business processes
- recruiting and training staff
- developing partnerships
- initiating marketing activities and execution
- participating in different events, including exhibitions, summits, conferences etc.
- attracting agents and clients
- increasing brand awareness in the country.
II. Fulfillment of the sales plan:
- building sales channels for the company’s services, analyzing the effectiveness of their work
- selection and training of employees of the office
- attracting agents and partners to the company
- training of agents and partners to attract clients (including to business trips)
- consulting agents and clients upon company products/services
- initiating and participating in events to attract clients and expanding the agent network.
III. Working with documents and reports:
- monitoring and analysis of the performance of all managers in the office
- building and monitoring the operational processes of the office (document flow, automation of processes through CRM, systematization of data bases of incoming contacts and existing agents/clients in the CRM system)
- developing the regulations for collaborating with the company’s services for office’s staff
- analysis of incoming requests from clients for programs and determination of the line of programs required for implementation
- working with contractual documentation of the office (interaction with clients, settlements with agents and partners, contractors, etc.).
Требования:
- Higher education
- Strong experience in sales (preferably services with high price, luxury goods, consulting, banking)
- Developed leadership and communicative skills
- Ability to work in multitask mode.
Условия:
- Working days: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm
- Work in the office (Moscow)
- Occasional business trips
- Laptop, mobile phone.
