About Us

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our sales efforts in the U.S. market. Our key products are INKubator.club, a comprehensive training platform for permanent makeup artists, and NE Pigments, a high-quality line of pigments for permanent makeup.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the U.S. market.

Build and lead a sales team from the ground up, focusing on B2B outreach.

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

Ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements

English proficiency: Native or near-native (Proficient User level).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and managing sales departments from scratch.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the permanent makeup industry is a plus.
